Updated before and after as I once again hit a flat 70kg this week and because I felt like a total babe today. SO insanely proud of myself! I’ve come a very long way in regards to my journey and while the scale hasn’t always played a part, the NSV’s I’ve had will forever be the driving force behind my continuing lifestyle change.

congratulations!! fantastic progress very inspirational :D

Holding hands may seem like an innocent gesture, but they show more than a simple interlocking of fingers. Your hands are one of the most essential parts of your body: you build with them, feed with them, hold with them, touch with them, fight with them; they are the tools of the human body. To take a hold of another’s hand is to break from living individually. It is to link yourself to another being, to momentarily entwine your life with another’s, to promise, for a moment, that you need not face the world alone. More simple, more aesthetically naive than other forms of affection, i.e kissing, hugging, sexing.., the act of holding hands is often trivialized in its true implications.

when a girl wants to kiss you: she plays with her hair, looks down, fiddles with her fingers, and waits for you to make a move
when a boy wants to kiss you: smiles nervously, tilts his head slightly, and waits for the right moment to make a move
when I want to kiss you: I look at you from a distance, and start sobbing about how ugly I am and that I'll die with 80 cats, approximately
